Materials

  • 1 Pizza Base
  • 2 cups Mozarella Cheese
  • 2 tbsp Pizza Sauce
  • 100 grams Cottage Cheese or Paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Salt to marinate paneer
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Powder to marinate paneer
  • 1/4 tsp Turmeric or Haldi Powder to marinate paneer
  • 1/2 cup Boiled Corns for pizza toppings
  • 1/2 Onion (sliced) for pizza toppings
  • 1/2 Tomato (deseeded & chopped) for pizza toppings
  • 1/2 Capsicum (thinly sliced) for pizza toppings
  • 1/2 tsp Pizza Seasoning for topping
  • 1/2 tsp Red Chilli Flakes for topping
  • 1 pinch Salt for topping

Instructions

  • First marinate paneer – For that, in a bowl, add 100 grams of paneer or cottage cheese cut into cubes. Add 1/2 tsp salt, red chilli powder and 1/4th tsp turmeric powder on it. Mix everything together and keep aside for 15 minutes
  • Now take a ready-made pizza base
  • Generously spread 2 tablespoon of pizza sauce on it
  • Spread 1/2 cup of mozzarella cheese leaving the edges by 1/2 inch
  • Add topping like marinated paneer or cottage cheese, sliced onions, boiled sweet corns, chopped tomatoes and capsicum. You may add more vegetable toppings like mushrooms if you wish
  • Sprinkle pizza seasoning herbs, red chilli flakes and a pinch of salt on all the vegetable toppings
  • Heat a pan, place pizza on it & cover it to toast for 3-4 minutes on low flame
  • Now shift half cooked pizza to a pre-heated oven & microwave for 1.5 minutes
  • If you don't have oven, then you can keep cooking pizza in a pan util cheese melts
  • Once done, take out the pizza in plate & season it with more pizza herbs & chilli flakes
  • Serve hot & enjoy
